Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your knitted gloves must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging.


Non-returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized knitted gloves: Items specially crafted to specific sizes, colors, or designs cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature.

To Complete Your Return

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Gloves showing signs of use or wear.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing components for reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned gloves are received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced knitted gloves are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

Gifts

If the gloves were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the gloves were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped them to themselves for later delivery, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
